Refund policy

At IPTV Canada, our goal is to provide you with a reliable and enjoyable television experience. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where you are not satisfied. That’s why we have a transparent and fair refund policy.

Important: 1-Month Subscription = Trial (Non-Refundable)

Our 1-month subscription is a trial period. As it is intended for testing our service, it is non-refundable. Only choose this subscription if you want to try the service first.

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee (for Longer Subscriptions)

For all other subscriptions (3 months, 6 months, and 12 months), we offer a money-back guarantee within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a refund is no longer possible.

How do I request a refund? Send an email with the subject line « Refund Request » to: iptvgermanyforu@gmail.com

Please include the following information in your message:

Your order number

The email address you used for the purchase

The reason for your request and the problem you encountered

A clear video illustrating the problem

Refund requests without a video of the problem cannot be processed. The video helps our customer service team properly assess the issue and make a fair decision.

Important conditions: No refunds will be issued for technical issues unless you give us the opportunity to resolve the problem first. If we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours (and you contacted us within 24 hours of purchase), you will receive a full refund.

For credit card payments, it can take 20 to 90 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This is processed by your payment provider, not by us.

Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase.

We do not offer partial refunds based on usage time.

Once you receive a refund, you cannot resubscribe to IPTV Nederland.

You are not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

You cannot correctly configure your device, app, or system. While we provide instructions, we cannot guarantee the correct configuration of your device.

Some channels may be temporarily unavailable due to network issues, device malfunctions, or maintenance on our end.

You change your mind or wish to switch to another provider.

You are requesting a refund for missing channels rated 18+. These channels are not offered or advertised on our website.

If there is a problem on our end that prevents you from accessing the IPTV service for more than 48 hours, we will resolve the issue immediately. We will either offer you a refund or extend your subscription.
